Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day after you, or a person you designate, receive the bed. If your order was delivered in several parts, the day after the last delivery counts.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly within the period that you are withdrawing: by e-mail to info@bedwerk.be, or with the model form below. You do not have to use the form. It is enough that your message is sent within the 14 days.

Returning the bed

You return or hand back the bed no later than 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing. The direct cost of returning it is yours.

A boxspring cannot be returned by post. You may bring it back yourself or through a carrier of your choice. We can also collect it, for at most € 95,00 in Belgium. For other countries we give you a price in advance.

Pack the bed carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

Refund

We refund all amounts received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

We may wait to refund until we have the bed back, or until you show that you have sent it back.

Diminished value

You may try the bed as you would in a shop. If you handled it beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you are liable for any diminished value. Examples are stains, odours, damaged fabric, or removed protective covers and labels.

Exception: made to measure

The right of withdrawal does not apply to beds made to measure or to your specifications (art. VI.53, 3° Belgian Code of Economic Law). We state this clearly when you order.

Sleep trial (commercial extra)

On top of the statutory right of withdrawal we offer a 100-night trial on standard models. Not happy? Tell us within 100 nights of delivery. We collect the bed for the collection fee above and refund the purchase price, provided the bed is in good, hygienic condition. This does not apply to made-to-measure beds.
