Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with parties that need it:
- Mollie (payments, the Netherlands);
- our hosting provider (servers in the EU);
- our e-mail provider;
- the carrier or fitter who delivers your bed;
- our accountant and, where required by law, the authorities.
We have the required agreements in place with these parties.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta also processes data under its own policy.
Our production partner outside the EU only receives the technical specifications of your bed (model, size, fabric), without your name or address.
How long we keep data
- Order and invoice data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Customer service messages: up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Technical logs: at most 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time. E-mail info@bedwerk.be. We reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
Security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and secured servers. Access to your data is limited to those who need it. Card data never reaches our servers: Mollie processes it.
